Need some assistance

Hey Guys, I am having an enormous amount of difficulty getting in contact with the Topps Company about a damaged redemption fulfillment. I have called twice in the past ten days and left messages without a reply back from the people I attempted to call. My next step will be e-mail if there is one available to try and get somewhere with this. I am disappointed that a big business with a history of success can be so shady in replying to problems with product over the phone. Any help would be great.

Sadly Topps doesn't seem to care about the people that buy the product they make. Hopefully you reach the people(s) you wish to reach. Let us know how it goes with updates.

I simply can not beleive that they could be so ignorant if that is indeed how they are. My beef with them is they had Tri-Star Fulfillment send this particular redemption fulfillment and the card was junk when it got to me. It's a Lofa Tatupu Topps TX Exclusive Super Bowl Ticket Auto and the corners of the ticket are creased as well as the corners being white from "wear". This would be due to the card being mailed in a small manilia envelope with no case and in one of those lousy padded envelopes that have no padding hardly at all. Quite frankly, I was p***** when I pulled it out and want an explanation AND replacement. This kind of shady business is simply uncalled for and I will make sure my voice is heard.
