$250 Christmas Cash To Spend on Boxes...

What do you guys recommend I get? I've been out in Mexico for 4 months so I'm out of touch with what might be good. Any recommendations? Looking for either Baseball or Football.

Looked around at my options last night. I think I'm going to go with the following:

2007 Donruss Gridiron Gear Football Hobby Box
2007 Topps Co-Signers Baseball Hobby Box
2007 Topps Co-Signers Football Hobby Box

All that will run me around $250. Any opinions?

Co-Signers has been really rough in both sports this year. Way too many unknown autos out there.

Baseball - I'm still a huge fan of Topps A&G, Bowman Chrome and Upper Deck Spectrum. You could go after Upper Deck SP Authentic as well (2 lettermen autos per box).

Football - I'd go with Donruss Gridiron Gear or Donruss Threads. After that, I'd look at Leaf Certified Materials or Topps Finest.

i liked my leaf rookies and stars break, but you only need to do it once.

i went for leaf certified materials also and really liked those too.

Okay cool. The total has been bumped up to $320 with the addition of some Paypal from selling stuff. Definitely gonna go with some Gridiron Gear. What do you guys think about 07 Draft Picks and Prospects Football? You can get it for about $32 a box.

DP&P isn't bad for the price...but it really depends on what you are looking for out of it...Senior Bowl Jersey swatches don't generally do well if you try to flip them...

I'm just looking for something that's a fun break with some nice pulls. Not interested in set building or anything.

OK...if looking simply for fun....go with DP&P as well as Playoff Prestige...
