Salary Cap Football Roster Question....
Which three guys should I go with....
I have $40 million left...and I could run with one of these options:
Option 1:
QB-Derek Anderson
RB-Ryan Grant
WR-Reggie Wayne
Total: $39.87 Million
Option 2:
QB-Chris Redman
RB-LaDainian Tomlinson
WR-T.J. Houshmanzadeh
Total: $38.65 Million
Option 3 (My current guys in those slots):
QB-Brett Favre
RB-Earnest Graham
WR-Dwayne Bowe
I'm in a big money league, and I'm 6 points out of first...which one do you think would be better?
Thanks for any input!

I like option one the best. Derek Anderson has the softest schedule(Jets, Buffalo, Cin, SF) down the stretch. Ryan Grant plays some soft run defenses and Reggie Wayne is, well you know, Reggie Wayne. lol
Option 2 looks ok but Redman would have me worried.
Good Luck!

I guess I should mention it's a weekly thing....not for the rest of the year. Salary works different.
Each week the prices of all players change...so based off of that you pick your team around your max dollars.
Those were just the two best ones I could make up with $40 million.
Still option one?

yeah, i think i would agree....if ya could find someone slightly better than redman id probably go with #2 (LT might be able to make up for your QB too, as he has a favorable schedule as well - tennessee / detroit / denver / oakland)....other than the titans the others are bottom 1/2 i think against the run (i know oakland and denver are 2 of the 3 worst against the run!!)
i also think there's a chance reggie wayne might not play the last week of the season....if the pats beat the steelers and the colts beat the ravens this week, the colts would have a atleast a 2 game lead on everyone for the #2 seed....something else to think about

I would say option one as well, Grant has been playing solid, Anderson has been bright most of the year, and well Wayne NUFF SAID!!!
