A bunch from Target

I was near a Target today and opted to buy some packs. I was going to get a retail box, but saw one of those $9.99 guaranteed game-used or auto things, so I got one of those with several other packs.

The GU thing came with two Topps packs (2004, 2006) and there really wasn't anything to write home about in them. The '06 had a John Rheinecker Rookie and a Jered Weaver Rookie Debut. Not that they are anything special, but the best of those two packs.

The GU was an Eric Chavez Clubhouse Collection - 2006 Topps Heritage -- a little ding in the back though, which is a bit disappointing.

I have never gotten anything of worth in a retail pack -- well auto or game-used. So landing the Locke one, although not someone I'm chasing,. was pretty cool. Not a bad day for a few bucks and I love opening packs, so grabbing something like an auto was nice.

I actually have that one. I collect Phillies and some Detroit minor leaguers. That and the players in my sig. Outside of those in my sig, I basically don't collect anything special with Phils and Tigers MLs, rather cards that catch my eye etc.
