What happened to the 2006 Rookie class?
So I am guessing that the Houston Texans and pretty happy that they picked Mario Williams with the #1 pick now that Reggie Bush is gone for the season and Vince Young is playing bad football.
Crazy how much can change in a year! Based on Bush and Young rookie year performances, I thought they were the real deal. I invested a lot in Reggie last year and it nearly made me vomit when they said he was gone for the season. I have been waiting all year for his break out game and it NEVER came! How does everyone think that Reggie Bush will play after his return from a knee injury?
Another bad investment...first Bonds and now Bush!

Going by a random assortment of dudes...
Great
Mario Williams
Ernie Sims
A. J. Hawk
Donte Whitner
Antonio Cromartie
Joseph Addai
D'Qwell Jackson
Rocky McIntosh
Devin Hester
Greg Jennings
Solid
Michael Huff
Haloti Ngata
Kamerion Wimbley
Jason Allen
DeAngelo Williams
Santonio Holmes
Chad Greenway
Indifferent
Jay Cutler
Brodrick Bunkley
Tye Hill
LenDale White
Disappointing
Reggie Bush
Vince Young
Vernon Davis
Matt Leinart
Laurence Maroney
The huge names have pretty much all been disappointing, but there are some really great second year defensive players in the league at the moment.
I wouldn't give up on Bush just yet... but what a terrible season without Duece there to take a lot of the workload. The Saints should ship him out to Dallas. Marion Barber + Reggie Bush
. I can see that working!

Guys Vince Young is disappointing because he has no team at all around him. And someone you forgot who is having a solid year is Marques Colston.

NOOOOO do not ship bush to Dallas, I could never collect him again!
I collect the big 4 (williams, young, leinart, bush) and have gotten great deals on williams stuff on ebay, everybody else's stuff is to expensive to buy the auto's and such but they will go down soon (leinart has already gone down) bush will go down soon and Vince will be on the bench soon now that they brought back billy volek so their stuff should become more reasonable
I think vince, reggie, and matt will come back next year and have solid years...........I hope at least..

As stated Vince is in the same boat as David Carr was a few years back...Bad team and no one to help him get better.
Reggie Bush is a specialty back not a fulltime I'll carry all the workload. When Deuce and him is healthy watch out well if they can both stay healthy that is.
Mario Williams??? Who are you people kidding? I haven't seen Mario Williams win one game for the Texans so please do not even say he was a better pick than Bush....
Imagine if Bush was in Texas with Shaub, Johnson and just any old running back to split time with bush! Not saying they would have made the playoffs like the Saints last year but they would have made a step forward in the direction.
Leinart I thought was the answer in Arizona but first he needs to stop reading his own college press clippings! He looks so lost trying to find receivers and this got has 2 of the best on the outsides in Fitzpatrick and Bouldin. I would dump his stuff or pick up everything for next year as I believe he'll get his final shot as a starter next year.

Bondsaway? Are you smoking some fine stuff? Mario Williams is in the top 10 in sacks in the NFL this year. He's had 8 1/2 in the past -6- games. He's had very solid games all year long, and is involved in nearly every play.
Try actually watching the games instead of just looking at stats and highlights.
Bush wasn't that great last year as a speciality back either. His problem is that he keeps wanting to stutter step and juke to the outside instead of hitting the hole and making people miss. And worse, defenses know this.
Vince Young isn't bad, he's more having a bad year (Madden Curse?). He'll get better. LenDale White's having a pretty good year also.

I honestly think with the inconsistent play of Leinhart....Warner's gonna come back again next year, and with the team they have now, in the weak division they play in, wouldn't surprise me at all to see Warner under center for the Cardinals next year taking em into January.

I think that if the Saints ever entertained the idea of trading Reggie Bush that they would have the attention of many teams looking to pick up a solid running back. Yes is having a bad year with the pressures of being a full time RB, but only time will tell if he comes back a better RB. I hope so for my investment sake, but if not I am sure people will start selling Bush big time if he doesn't come back strong from this injury.
Hope it is not another case of
Not
For
Long...
