Card Price Aid Requested

I read through the entire Beckett last night, appending the appropriate prices to all of the basketball cards from the eponymous collection I discovered in my parent's attic, yet had no luck in finding a price for any of the following cards. I could attribute my lack of success to my obvious lack of sleep (and, hence, rather addled wits) the haphazard manner in which the Beckett is laid out (especially the correlation of the Table of Contents to the actual pages) or the equally shoddy way in which I arranged my collection as a child. In either case, the aid of any community member in this regard would be greatly appreciated.

NOTE: These stumped me as they, insofar as I could tell, have no card numbers at all. Unlike other cards that resemble them from the same year, such as Doug West's card (which resembles any one of these in every respect, being a 97 Collector's Choice card, having a 79 on the top of the back in the left-hand corner and a MT1 in the lower corner) the Bulls cards repeat the team and number (CB1 and so forth). The Beckett had no "one team only" cards in that year (at least, not of the Bulls) and I couldn't find any list of cards that had a "CB" prefix.
