2007 Rushing Title Horse Race
If you haven’t noticed the top three running backs are within 39 yards of each other. The race is just as close as the 2006 season when Ladainian Tomlinson beat out Larry Johnson by 26 Yards (1,815 to 1,789). If they were all going to play 60 minutes of the last two games, I'd say LT would get it, but as it is, I can see AP winning it.

Yeah peterson has a good chance because the redskins run D is weak.

LT had 107 yards and AP had like 24. This moves him about 90 yards ahead with one game left. Obviously, Willie Parker is out of the picture.

LT should have it unless Peterson goes buck wild against the Broncos. I have tickets for that game next week by the way so I can see first hand if Peterson can do it.

Its the Bronco's lol. He should have a big game. Plus they are playing to win and hopefully get in the playoffs. LT won't play the whole game I doubt.

LT is now 113 yards ahead of AP. Unless he gets zero playing time he should have the title wrapped up. Two years in a row! :)

Just remember on any given sunday!!! loving the post about the redskins run D!!!!!
L.T. has this one wrapped up. Peterson should have some good numbers but from a catching not running standpoint. But thats why they play the games!
