Show recap:
Inside Pitch shows always seem to bring in a lot of traffic and this was no exception. I think it would have been busier, but with the Hockey All-Star Game and festivities going on at the same time, I feel there were probably many people there instead of at the show. This hurt the hockey guys the most, though there were hockey buyers among the masses.
We were lucky to receive a nice location. We were set up at the front left as soon as people walked in the doors. So we were the first wax dealers people saw. Saturday was a really great day. I will not go into numbers or super detail, but I'll say it was worth our time to be there. Along with meeting some of our fellow members, we passed out all of our 100 SCF flyers and close to 250 business cards...so hopefully we will see an influx of new members soon.
Ian and I both had our cameras and took some pictures.
Here is our tables from different views:
Here is our Sports Card Forum advertiser minus the flyers:

Here's Ed (Charlie Hustle) with his daughter Savannah:
Here is a couple of examples of the custom work of Chuck (SparkySportz) on MacFarlane's:
Will post some pictures from a couple of box breaks momentarily...

We had two guys who broke a box each in front of us.
These are the pulls from a 2007 Playoff Contenders Football Box:
These are from a 2007 Donruss Gridiron Kings Football Box (Warning: Packers fans may want to a towel handy to wipe up the drool)
Once again, I enjoyed the show. Next Raleigh show is a one day show on Saturday, March 22nd. Hope to see fellow SCFers there.
Our next planned show is in Richmond, VA on Feb. 23-24 (Saturday and Sunday).

Theres a big trade show on the weekend of it, jersey sellers etc. Was a huge crowd last year apparently.
Seriously though would love to get to one of these sort of shows some day
