    Angry GRRRRRRRR! (eBay rant)

So I buy this card on eBay from quispamguy (Just in case you guys are thinking about buying from him. He has 72 feedbacks and 100% so I'm thinking ok, good deal on the BIN and the s/h is reasonable so I buy it, $12.50 Cdn later I'm the proud owner of a Alexander Ovechkin 2006-07 OPC Jersey Card SP (BV $60), I'm thinking good trade bait. So yesterday I get the card in the mail, 1st it's in a white envelope... Not a big fan of the jersey card sent in a white envelope but I'm thinking ok, at leat the card is here, so I open the envelope... The card is in a white sheet of paper and in a sandwich bag... NO top loader no nothing, no need to tell you that the card has 2 GIANT creases and is now worthless... What a great deal!

Now my only option is to neg this guy which will automaticly result in a negative feedback for me which is total crap... My question is, can I file with Paypal or eBay for poor packaging or item not as described or am I SOL?

Thanks for reading y'all and have a Merry Christmas and a happy New Year (That's right, I said the C word!)

No, I figured a $10 card doesn't need to be insured... Goes top show... I know UPS will not pay out insurance if the package wasn't packaged up properly, I guess Canada Post would be the same... I'd be even more peed off if I paid for it and found out that I wasn't covered because of the sellers incompetence :P

    Contact paypal and ebay.

    paypal,
The card did not come as described, you should get your money back.

    ebay,
for bad shipping practices. I just contacted ebay for the same reasons and they won't answer your email but they will know. If you can contact them in a manner that will get a response.

    Keep us in the loop.

yea file a claim with paypal as non described item.
Also, make sure you scan the damaged card and show that to paypal.
This paypal claims department is kind of annoying as you really need to point out your point very well and descriptive in order to get your money back.
So, the scan of the picture will be better than just describing the condition in words.

Got my money back, still would have preferred the card in MINT condition but money back beats nothing.
