    Skiles is used to rejection...he used to play for Orlando.

    Besides, Avery Johnson was cut twice only days before Christmas, and one of those times was on the day of David Robinson's wedding.

    I am one of the guys that thinks that is the players fault for not playing good. What a coach can do when his players are playing awful.....nothing! For example, I am not saying that Phil Jackson is a bad coach...but let's get real he had a awesome team with the Bulls. Look at Miami they have good players and a good coach....they are playing like high schoolers. You get the point. I think Scott Skiles did a great job with that team and this is how they pay him.
