Due To Rules Violations
Can anyone offer help on this?
Im not exactly about dissing or knocking other websites on here however...here is my issue...Ive been collecting cards for close to 20 years..Been an Ebay member for the last 5years...I was recently suspended indefinately through ebay because someone somehow someway got my login information and decided it would be funny to sabatoge my account by listing fraudulent merchandise....At the time I was currently not selling anything on Ebay and quite frankly had not been on my account for at least a month or so before this incident...long story short I had 100% feedback positive with over 150 transactions being sucessful ones and in a matter of a month was suspended for "good". My question is Ive attempted to contact ebay SEVERAL times to clear my name from this mess with no replies or responses...Ive emailed called you name it explaining the situation...Since Ebay has been unwilling to cooperate with me I have attempted to make additional accounts so that I can continue to enjoy what was wrongfully taken from me 7months ago...Sadly after a month of use on each one they seem to be suspended as well for being linked to a suspended account...Can someone please tell me if Im doing something wrong here? Am I going about this contacting ebay the wrong way....? Im not looking to be a con artist for petes sake I work for the Police lol...I just think its wrong that they have been unwilling to assist me...Any advice or loopholes in the system would be greatly appreciated...
Thanks
Ben

trace the fraudulant user of your account, the money had to go somewhere, and if ebay refuses to help then go to a lawyer because since they take a cut of the sales they are engaging in an illegal act of profiting from a chrime and if executed properly you could have a judge halt all trading on ebay. i know it sounds far fetched but it is quite simple and easy

Go to their head office in person (If they have one).

Sorry man wish I could give ya more helpful advice...you know I would if I could...I wonder if there is a way to contact those people that were wrongfully ripped off and see if they are willing to help you and track there records to see where they paid the money?
Otherwise only other way to pull this off is a completely different address, different credit card info, etc.

they get a percent of money, tell them they are liable for this and they could get in serious trouble because technically its illegal for what they are doing tell them youll take them to court, cause they know your right and dont want to loose a case, they will proably then reput your account
