I'll have to pass on the $8 right now. I'd split the $5 and $8 down the middle and go $6.50, but that's about it. The Brackman has been very steadily selling in the same range, so I think it's fair.

Fine. 6.50 works. I like Brackman too much to pass. Hopefully, he can stay healthy.
At least, i still have my other F-Mart, so i can afford to move this one.

Hold off for sending, till Friday or Thursday, if you want. I get back from Mexico on Thursday, if that matters, than you can pass, i understand. Some people hate waiting that long.
