Best Mailday ever? Becket Gem Mint Babe Ruth!
I almost fell down when I opened my husband's latest batch of gradings. He didn't have a 10th card he wanted graded, so I tossed in my Babe Ruth. I was astonished to see it came back slabbed a 9.5 GEM MINT! Don't give up on thouse tough Beckett graders after all! A late Christmas present indeed.

I don't know if someone could offer me a price for which I'd be willing to part with it. I would trade for items to diversify my collection, since I have 4 kids and one Ruth it makes it a bit tough to bequeath without creating resentment. I really don't look forward to rolling over in my grave. It will be my first peaceful rest in years!

sorry to burst bubbles... it's a playing card from the mid 70's - even in that condition it MIGHT bring 100 dollars - it's not very valuable
