    recommended boxes?

    this is my first post. ive been collecting a few years now, and just found this page so i thought id try it out. but anyways i was wondering what boxes yall recommend. im in school right now and not working so im not spending a lot, so i havent been buying any hobby boxes. which fairly cheap box is good for the money? i got a box of playoff prestige on ebay for cheap so ill find out if there any good pretty soon. any suggestions? thanks

    Topps Draft Picks and Prospects is a great hobby box for the money.

    yep. great boxes. topps dpp are available from online vendors for 30-33 dollars. not bad.

    Not sure how much you are looking to spend, but the Donruss Gridiron Gear are really nice and you should find them for under $100.

    2006 ud sweetspot is decent and online vendors usually have it for under 55 dollars,also like the others have said for the price topps dpp 2006 or 2007 is a great buy take care steve

    I guess I'm in the same boat as chris. I have been eyeing the Topps DPP. I bought a box of topps 06 and 07 and got disappointed with the lack of non-base cards. If I save up the money, Ill probably get SPA or Bowman Chrome since so many people are recommending them. Anyone get any good hits on topps DPP? thanks
