why though? he's not even that old.
His son committed suicide a little while back and he bought a house in Tampa I think. I have a feeling that Tony feels that he won a Super Bowl and it is now time to spend time with the family he has neglected. I don't mean that in a bad way. All NFL head coaches neglect their family during the season and much of the off season. It is part of the job and I'm sure he has some guilt for his son's suicide. The man is by far the classiest person in the NFL and I truly wish him the best whether he steps down or not.
