Just out of curiosity, are you opposed to trading down for the lot on some of your higher end? I'll have to check my BVs, but I don't want to make an offer without knowing. I've seen some people get REALLY offended on things like that.

Just depends on what you are looking at.....Some of the stuff would be easier to move than the rest...Naturally the Eli is VHTG right now and the T.O. is basically PC....
