Another Durant question

I just got an 07-08 Co-Signers Kevin Durant/Jeff Green #01/19 Hyper Green. Any idea what it's worth?

They don't book yet, even when they do it won't due to scarcity. That will be a hard one to guesstimate

I'd say cash value on it would be around $30-$40...... using the dreaded ebay to compare.....

I saw one numbered out of either 29 or 39 go for $25 plus $5 shipping on eBay, but then again, I figured that is probably the worst possible place to obtain any sort of actual value.

One numbered 5/19 sold for $24.99 + $3 shipping this week, but you are right on saying ebay is not a good gauge of what it might truly sell for if you find a Durant collector in person......

lord knows it isn't the $100+ that beckett will imply by their pricing of the higher numbered versions.. and it's a lot more practical to find a "durant collector" on ebay than it is irl.

I know ebay is great for nice autos and rare cards, but I can sell local (Kansas City Chiefs, former Jayhawks players) inserts and game used of players that book $25 or less for 50-70% Book all day even though they may only go for $5 on ebay..... I am not talking about higher end stuff, of course.

I wasn't clasifying the Kevin Durant as a high dollar card..... like I said, higher end stuff is probably much more ebay reliant. No one walks up to my table and asks for a $120 Brodie Croyle auto.

Actually its no different than beckett. Say beckett lists a john doe auto for $300 watch the final ending prices! Would be high. but what if beckett list the card as $10 have you ever seen anyone pay $30 for a beckett bv $10 I sure haven't. Since sports cards have a price guide it tends to stay roughly in the neighborhood. but everything else on ebay is a sellers market. Whatever they are willing to pay out.
