Sick!! Also, how does someone only get 10 years? I'm personally sick of our justice system making excuses for murder. I don't care if you are drunk and run someone over or you run someone over sober, you should get life in prison. I would even be happy with 25 years without parole.

Whoa..thats not right! He's the one that hit and killed the cyclist..its his fault that theres damage to his car not the other family's.

Gee, people are CRAZY. Why would you laugh about something like this? You would think people would feel bad about this. I know I would. I don't think I could live with myself if I killed someone, or accidentally killed someone so I definately wouldn't be able to laugh about it.
