I think that would be bad for Dallas to trade Barber he is a Beast and is definately proven RB in the NFL. Mcfadden has alot of hype but has not proved a thing yet although he did do good at the combine. A risky move indeed look at what happened to Mike Ditka whe he went nuts over the Ricky Williams hype it got him fired

I dont think they will go for Mcfadden.
Now Seattle have 4 RBS, maybe Shaun Alexander might be on the chopping block.
Maybe Pacman Jones.

We have more pressing needs than RB. I'm sure Dallas can sign a capapble veteran RB to backup the Barbarian.

Um the only RB Dallas has signed is Coleman.
Marion Barber was only given a tender and 1 year deal. He is free to discuss with other clubs. Having said that it would cost that team a 1st and 3rd Round pick.
So theoretically the Cowboys have 1 RB and 1 Restricted RB.
That makes a RB a pretty sure need. IMHO

Barber stays I believe if no one else offers him a better contract that the Cowboys have to match.

Don't do it!!!
For the love of G-d, trade down, get some defensive help and of course Barber hasn't gone through a full season, neither has McFadden.
