    For 2007, I'd say Bowman Chrome or Topps Chrome. Topps is a little over $60 I think, but close. They are nice looking cards, come with an auto, good parallels...and pretty popular. Also, I've noticed Artifacts have come down a lot in price. You can find boxes for around $50...only 10 packs/box, but each pack has a RC, parallel, GU, or auto...and 4 gu/autos per box.
