Good article!
Don't lie. We all know I pay you $3,000 a month for your graphics. :)
Seriously, staff on communities like SCF really make the sites work. I can point to 100s of forums that are now graveyards because spam has taken over the board or everyone is swearing and/or personally attacking each other. Most people don't realize just how much work is involved behind the scenes to make a site as big as SCF work. My job is easy! I could disappear for months and SCF would not skip a beat thanks to the outstanding staff here.

Good article but if I might add one thing. All the things that moderators do is usually on their own time in between working, taking kids to school and back home, cooking, eating, cleaning, oh did I mention work maybe a second job, go to school, yelling at the kids, taking the kids to practice for sports or band or cheerleading, play with the kids and grandkids (yes I have three). Oh by the way how about eating and sleeping. And really I don't have a lot of room to speak because I am just starting off. I am speaking for all the other moderators that are here that have done it for a heck of a long time.
Oh did I mention read good articles when you get the chance at 0100 at work? Sorry I added a few extra things.

Well just as other traders have lives I'm sure they know so do the moderators.
Thats why there's a large staff since we all aren't on here 24/7.

I am not disagreeing with you but I think people tend to forget that this is not our lives and other things sometimes take precedence over the site. And that is why we might not get to everything right away and the reason for a big staff. Maybe I am talking about myself when I say not getting to things right away.
