Is this a real Honus Wagner?

I noticed this as a "Most Watched Items" on Ebay, but it was only selling for $1,000 so far. Real?

Could be just a "newer" card made to look old that someone tried to pass off as the real deal in the past. I see little value in it but if as old as they say, it is a cool oddball. I just don't see people in the 30's or earlier wanting to reprint cards that they had no idea that now days would bring big bucks. But I guess since the Wagner was so hard to find even back then, maybe somebody did so people could complete the set with a reprint

Even if that guy was selling hundred dollar bills for fifty bucks I wouldn't be interested. 126 positives but 12 negs ? And people wonder why/how they got ripped off.
