majority of ebayers are fine....but you always come across a scammer/jack***....through paypal dispute tell them to return it and give refund....theres a very few that try to keep card and get their money back...so just try to get card back...and then block bidder from bidding on your future auctions...and from experience, never leave feedback on cards sold until you receive feedback back from buyer that their OK...LMK how this turns out...thx...Keith

yq when this happens u really can't do anything. ur gonna have to escalate it to a claim right away and let them look into it.
have him send u pics. he wouldn't mess it up if it was still good. so if he says he doesn't have a camera or anything like that. hes a liar...
