Best I seen so far was Walmart Upper Deck jumbo boxs of all rookies and stars tryin see anything else out there I have also comin next wed boxes Spa,Threads,Gridion Gear,Donruss classic dont think those box contain alot base rookies look be mostly insert au,gu etc... lookin feedback thoughts ty in advance.

Topps Draft Picks and Prospects is good for rookies. You get at least 1 per pack and sometimes I have gotten 2 or 3. You also have a shot at a chrome rookie.

Topps Total has 2 Rookies per pack, its kinda cheapo compared to every other product out there, but I have nearly every Rookie from Topps Total, and I have bought maybe 3 blaster boxes of it.

Dont care much 07 Topps open few blaster from target got bunch rookies and dont like how base other cards have fake sig on them.

Topps Total doesn't have the signatures on them, but the Topps Total aren't glossy either.

Dont care much if glossy along rookies in them good amount of them I plan on writing to players send them cards hope sign is all dont want send cards value which most cards I have seen out differnt sets for base cards hope that makes sense.

No links but I can tell you I've seen boxes online for as low as $50. The best Price I got one on eBay at was $37.50, so there are some deals to be had out there.
