    Anyone else had this happen?

Well went out today and bought two packs of Topps Chrome, hoping to get something decent to trade, and in my second pack I got a Deuce McAllister Refractor...but there is something wrong with it. Along the right side of the card, it looks like black ink smeared on the card or something. Heres a scan, the black stain looks darker in person.

Anyone else have this happen to them? Should I maybe contact Topps?

Personally I've never seen this happen before to another card, but I would still contact Topps. The smear appears to be a defect to the card whilst it was being manufactured/packaged so there may be more out there, so I think it would be good to let Topps know and hopefully they may send you a replacement, espeacilly with it being a refractor and not just an ordinary Base card.
