    06 topps chrome question

So I bought a box of 06 topps chrome and I was wondering how you can tell if a card is a refractor or not. I pulled this SE reggie bush rc and on the back of the card next to the players union logo it says "not valid without sticker". I looked through all the cards in the box and less than 10 of them have the same thing. So does that mean that they forgot to put a sticker that says "refractor" there? If anyone has any ideas, lmk. Thanks!

I believe if a refractor it will say on the back of the card plus has a different finish on the card as the regular ones hope this helps

Yeah if it's a refractor, on the back of the card right under the card number it will say "Refractor." I remember pulling a card like that back last year that had the same message but I don't think it holds any significance.
