    HD DVD is Dead!!!!

Toshiba said Tuesday it will no longer develop, make or market HD DVD players and recorders, handing a victory to rival Blu-ray disc technology in the format battle for next-generation video.

Blu-Ray is so much better than HD anyways, IMO.

I am a Blu-Ray fan as well. I am just glad that I went with Blu-Ray instead of HD DVD.

    to Wal-Mart!!!!

It was actually all of the studios switching to just Blu-Ray that made the difference. Wal-Mart was just following their lead.

Wal-Mart secretly plotted against the studios though to cover up any evidence that they make the decisions!! Wal-Mart told them all "sure you can produce the movies, but if we don't sell them your dead in the water" ...... we all know Wal-Mart rules the world! LOL
