    Lebron James Cards Questions

    I Am Fairly New To This Game. I Bought 5 Lj Cards. Paid $110 For All 5. Not Sure If This Was Worth It Or Not, Any Help Much Appreciated And If Anyone Is Interested In Any Of Them Let Me Know. INTERESTED IN POSSIBLE TRADES AS WELL. Ill List Them Below

    1. 2003 Upper Deck Magazine #ud-1 Rookie
    2. 2003 Ud #12 Rookie- Willing And Able
    3. 2003 Si For Kids #264 Rookie
    4. 2004 Ud Collectibles #ljas-1 Rookie- Serial # 3499/5000
    5. 2003-04 Ud Collectibles Rookie- Nba Debut First Game ( Double Size)- Serial 247/2323

    not sure on the value of the cards themselves, but WCG is a junk grading company- their grades dont really give cards the extra value that the more reputable grading companies do. Off the top of my head, Id say you overpaid, but Im not sure what the raw value of the cards you bought are

    Thanks for the info Ed, would it be possible or smart to get a reputable grade company to rate the cards? What are the best rating companies out there?

    if you want to grade them, go with PSA or BGS- but Id look very carefully at the cards first, because the cheaper grading companies give a lot more 10 grades than do PSA or BGS, so you may not get the 10 grade if you go with the more reputable companies- however, collectors are much more likely to trade for an 8 or a 9 from a reputable company than they are to trade for a 10 from a junk grading company

    Thanks Matthew I did some research, the LJAS 2004 card is an error card, its going for over $150 on the net.
