1984 Topps Dan Marino & 1986 Topps Jerry Rice Variation Errors

I've noticed two major printing variations on two of the biggest Topps Football Rookie cards of the 1980's. The first one is the 1984 Topps Dan Marino RC #123. There is a printing variation that has a huge blue printing circle about the size of a quarter in the bottom left corner of the card. I have seen more than one of these so it is not a one time thing. It is one of the most unique and noticeable printing marks I have ever seen in Topps Football or even Topps Baseball. The second one is the 1986 Topps Jerry Rice RC #161. There is a small wavy white line that runs from the start of the upper left side of the picture and goes about an inch across the picture. I have also seen more than one of these variations so it is not a one time thing. I was wondering if anyone out there has more information on these two printing variations and why they are not talked about more. I can not find any information on these variations anywhere. How many of these cards exist? I have been looking at 100's of Marino & Rice Rookies and I cannot find even one that has the variation. However I have seen 3 different Marino printing circle variations so far and 3 different Rice printing line variations before and I even had a Rice variation as a kid. Also was wondering why these aren't big time $1000 variation error cards. The wavy line on the Rice card is very distinguishible and unique and the blue circle on the Marino, is like I said one of the most distinguishible and unique printing variations in the history of Topps Football or Topps Baseball in my opinion. With big time variations selling sometimes for huge prices like the 1982 Topps Baseball Blackless Variations, why haven't these Marino and Rice variations gotten more attention from collectors. Especially since they are the #2 & #3 most valuable football cards of the 1980's behind the 1981 Joe Montana RC. Any information from collectors would be appreciated. Thank You.

Definatly sounds like printing errors. Just like centering problems on cards with borders, there can be all kinds of print mark variations.
