Troy Williamson to the Jaguars for their 2008 6th round pick.
Jaguars also picked up QB Cleo Lemon from Miami.
Miami gets QB Josh McCown from Oakland. Looks like Jamarcus is slotted to be the starter.
Not really sure what the deal is here. The Jags keep getting these sub-par wideouts. Northcutt, Porter, and now Williamson. I would argue that it would be better to draft one, but they haven't had much luck there either. Far cry from the potent days of Jimmy Smith and Keenan McCardell.
I like the Bengals getting Shaun Rodgers. Rumor is they will be switching to a 3-4. I think that puts them looking at Keith Rivers (OLB, USC) with the #9 pick. I was originally hoping they would grab Sedrick Ellis here, but it seems they filled that need at least for now. They might go for safety Kenny Phillips after the Vikings signed Madieu Williams.

ROGERS TRADE OFF
The trade between the Lions and the Bengals for defensive tackle Shaun Rogers is apparently off.
According to Mike O'Hara of the Detroit News, the deal was not consummated and the Lions will be looking to send Rogers elsewhere. The two teams had agreed that Rogers would head to the Bengals for a third-round and a fifth-round pick.
In our view, that's not bad news for the Bengals. Maybe it means that someone within the organization raised an alarm about the 2007 allegations against Rogers regarding his conduct in a strip club. Though he wasn't charged, is that really the kind of guy that the team should be signing giving its recent history of struggles with off-field issues?

Raiders signed S Gibril Wilson, formerly of the Giants, to a six-year, $39 million contract. The deal includes $16 million guaranteed.
The Raiders consider their safeties interchangeable, but we suspect they'll use Wilson more in the box and let Michael Huff patrol the deep middle, assuming Huff isn't traded. Wilson picked off a career-high four passes last year. He's now overpaid, but is a better tackler than Stuart Schweigert. Schweigert will likely battle Hiram Eugene to be Oakland's third safety. People within the Cowboys' organization have characterized a run at Randy Moss as unlikely, according to the Dallas Morning News.
The DMN believes Dallas is more likely to pursue free agent Javon Walker. We're speculating, but the Jets could make a push for Moss this weekend.
