Call back, get the postal inspectors name, and info on the package that was to be shipped to you but was requested returned. Tell the guy to call the cops and report the problem, and then email him your proof of his wrong doing. If he wants to persue it, you have covered your butt. His requesting his package back is postal fraud, and you should ask the postmaster about that when you call. Using the mail for fradualent activity is a federal offense!
