Um...wow, that's kind of stupid. That's just a bit over the top, but sadly you hear about this happening a lot now, not just in schools but many public places. Ever since I saw the "Sick Puppies- All The Same" Free Hugs video on youtube, I became a big supporter of the "Free Hugs Campaign". As seen by my avatar (that I have had since Octoberish), I still think it's a great campaign, hugging does nothing but makes people happy, hopefully these ridiculous bans on hugging will end.

Hmm banning a hug? Kinda weird. I can see banning kissing. It wasn't allowed in my middle school and rarely happened. But you would see people giving hugs alllllll the time. Kinda dumb.

I had to go the the Principals office when I was in 7th grade for hugging my girlfriend. I got in trouble for "showing affection" or something like that. I was talked to about how I can't "show affection" during school and how it is innappropiate. I couldn't imagine how much trouble I would have been in if we had been kissing lol.
