For my player collections: My 1/1's, Autos, Game-Used, and Rookie Cards all go into toploaders. Everything else (Base, Inserts, Numbered, Parallels, etc...) goes into penny sleeves. After the cards are inserted into toploaders or penny sleeves, they are then stored into cardboard boxes.
I'm currently looking for a way to display my PC.

I do know that the magnetic ultra pro holder are good for anything b/c it's the hard protection of a scre down however w/ the flip of the magnetic you can put your card wherever you like!

Everything I have (including autos & GU) go in 9-card Ultra Pro pockets.
I know people say it's bad blah blah blah.... but I'll be damned if I spend all this money on cards and not get to look at them easily. And I don't think flicking through top loaders in a box is enjoyable.

Alistair: Be careful not to put too many pages in a binder. I did that when I was younger and had a lot of cards get bent that were near the rings of the binder. ;)

i've even done that even with having a small # of sheets
i don't know why i thought it would be good to stack my binders on top of each other in a high pile. the weight sometimes pressed down on the sheets in a few of the binders, if the page was not pulled in all the way. luckily i realized this after it happened to a few of my sets and now i line up my binders like books on a book shelf.
this makes me think of a good idea for a product if none exists.. sheets that are tough/strong, and made are to hold top loaders (would probably have to be less than 9 per page though)
and to answer the thread question (i thought i had, but maybe that was a thread in the general section)....
i store my player collections and personal collections all in sleeves + top loaders. i have one box full of basketball in a shoebox type box decorated with basketball designs (go to a craft store like michaels, they're called photo storage boxes). i also have another half my collection in portable storage boxes they sell at toys r us that i really like called "pro index" boxes -- http://www.toysrus.com/product/index...ductId=2395300
then i have my sets in binders because it's easier to organize and flip through them.Last edited by molly1984; 03-20-2008 at 01:47 PM.

I am on the same boat as you. I have only been a member here for a few hours, and I'm already seeing some really impressive collections.
