How does GAI compare to BGS & PSA?
I need some information. How do you guys feel that GAI compares to BGS & PSA.
I've been buying some GAI 10 cards and would like to know how they should compare in quality to BGS & PSA.
Should a GAI 10 grade as a BGS 10 or do they have different grading standards?
I've been paying higher than BGS 9.5 and PSA 10 values for the GAI 10s and want to make sure I'm not being had as I'm not as familiar with GAI as the other two.
Please help.

its really tough to say....those three are all comparable.....personally, i hold BGS 10s as the highest grade out there (over GAI 10s or SGC 10s)....i feel its a much tougher grade....PSA doesn't have a "pristine" grade, so tough to compare the "elite" grades from the others to PSA

I'VE ALWAYS THOUGHT OF GAI AS A LOWER LEVEL GRADER THAN THE OTHER 2.
I have never understood how Beckett can have a grading service when they basically control the price of cards. Seems like there is a conflict of interest there. If they want to they can never give a certain card a 10 rating which then drives up the price of that card if it ever does start to get any 10s. Seems like a way for them to control the price of cards to me.
I also never understood paying 10x the regular price just because some company says that a card is a 10 instead of a 9. It all seems like a big rip off to me. I also don't see how PSA can have a certain card with over 1000 10 ratings and beckett have a population report of only 5 9.5 or 10s of the same card. You telling me that there grading is that far off??
It's all a load of crap and I wouldn't buy them to begin with.
Hey I've got a tshirt that I think is in pristine condition, I'll sell it to you for $50 even though you can go to the store and buy it for $20.
lmk LOL

I'd be very carefull buying GAI cards... they might go out of business... AGAIN. I would think that would be bad for the current prices of GAI cards. I would stick with either SGC or PSA.
