Any iPod experts out there? Need info
My daughter's ipod video shut down on her the other day. Nothing works. Under the screen looks like an ink splotch. The thing is only about 3 months old. Anyone ever have this happen? If so, did apple cover it under warranty? Any help would be appreciated.

Yea, happened to mine also....if you call them, they'll get everything fixed up for ya. They'll send you a box to send yours back in, then they'll send you a brand new one. Try calling 1-800-275-2273.

I got an ipod nano about a month ago.. i had it for a week and it wouldn't play/pictures were nothing but random colors. I took it back to Walmart and got a new one. I know they only take them back for a couple weeks after bought. I'd try what Jeremy said. Hopefully you can get it fixed/get a new one! Good luck!

Well, I contacted Apple and they are sending the empty box and instructions on how to return it to them so they can either repair it or replace it. I would much rather just have a new one at this point.
