    Chronology Letterman Patch???

Just wondering, what does it say on the back of these cards? Was the patch worn in a game, or photoshoot? Or, is it just a patch that was never worn?

They are not game used or event worn. The Chronology Letterman cards are manufactured patches.

Any time you have letter patches numbered to MORE than the number of letters in the guy's name, they are not game-used...and not worth buying, I think.

I couldn't agree more. That's why the Chronology Letterman cards of lesser players sell for under $10-$15 on eBay.

No they arent used or worn, they arent even off jerseys. They are just letters stitched onto mesh material. I collect game worn jerseys and could tell obviously by the materials and stitching in the patches.

I was thinking about buying one (because they look really different from others). But, now that I read the responses, I probably won't. Thanks for the input, you all just saved me some money...

    Thanks...

I don't see a lot of difference in a manufactured patch and a patch from a jersey that a guy maybe pulled on once over his t-shirt just so the card company can say "event worn"... if they even do that! ;)
