    I really doubt the kid would need something like that. He has every opportunity to get signed items sent to him by his grandma and his aunt. Plus, he's a 13 yr old neighbor kid, not my kid. I'll trade for stuff to help him out, but spending $53 on an item for him would be way overboard.
