    Donating Cards To Childrens Hospital...

I have around 9,000 base/inserts/rookies I'm looking to donate to the nearby childrens hospital and was just looking for some help with a few questions from anyone who may have done this before.

Should I call them first and let them know I'm coming?
Where in the hospital would I bring them?
I currently have them in a 5,000 count box and 5x 1,000 count boxes. Should I split them up or would this be fine?

Thanks to anyone can give me some information.

Very cool thing you're doing. I'd say definitely give them a call to let them know you are coming. I'm sure they'll be appreciative and will help you in anyway possible. Plus, they'll be able to tell you where in the hospital to bring them. Hospitals are busy places, and to give them thousand count boxes might just add a bit to their slate. What I would do, if I was you. Buy team bags or Ziploc bags and split the cards up into bags that can be easily distributed to the children. This would make it a lot easier on the hospital staff.
