    haha, i read the team building forum speech from mike, so i got it down now. he did agree to send first my problem is how long to give the person if it doesnt show up from the time they said it was sent like 1-2 weeks?

    I'd say about 2 weeks....if you don't get it then, send them a PM and ask for a status. If you don't get it by the next week, put it in dispute and one of the staff will help you.
