It doesn't matter which system you get. Here are the games to play,
Assasin's Creed
Call of Duty 4
Drake's Fortune
Believe it or not, I am not really into sports that you can play on systems for some reason. I would rather slash, Shoot and or beat something to a pulp.

I thought Assasin's Creed was absolutely horrendous, its more like watching a damn movie than playing a game. The videos are entirely too long and boring. They should have built in the ability to skip that.
As far as Call of Duty 4 goes, it doesn't get much better. The multi-player is especially addicting.
I'd say go with the PS3 if you want a blu-ray player, otherwise 360.

PS3's are awesome...I play mostly sports games, and the graphics are amazing. They have less breaking odds and have a Blu-Ray player built right in...

I've had my PS3 for three months and have only played one game on it. I own zero games. I primarily use it as a Blu-ray player. 2008 should be a big year for PS3 though. I've had my 360 since Halo 3 came out and own four games. 360 has more games and better games. I recommend buying an Xbox 360 Premium. I've heard rumors of a possible $50 price cut within a few months.

I would got with the 360 Elite, as it does not have the heating problems or the ring of death problems that the original 360 had, it also has a 120 hard drive , and for 50 dollars more this is well worth it. I have played the PS3 and I am a playstation fan and have to admit that I am not impressed at all, as far as blue-ray goes you can always go buy a player I wouldn't dish out the money to get a system solely for a blu-ray player, and 360 graphics are just as good as the PS3. Also online play is a lot better and the lag is minimal compared to PS3 online version. Daniel.
