With the eleventh pick in the 2008 NFL Draft, the Buffalo Bills select....

    WR DeSean Jackson, California

The Buffalo Bills select Jackson because he was one of the most exciting players in college football once he got the football in his hands. The Bills are in desperate need of a playmaker and are very slim at Wide Out. DeSean can single handedly change all that.

Nice selection here. Bills need someone across from Evans and Parrish isn't the answer. He should also be a factor in the return game.

The Carolina Panthers select OT Ryan Clady, Boise State.

The Carolina Panthers are in the process of revamping their small underperforming offensive line. They need a true franchise Left Tackle. The 6'6" 319 lb. Clady will fill that need. Travelle Wharton, who was an average LT but struggled at times, will move inside to Left Guard.

The Panthers used the free agenct period to cut dead weight and sign depth. Their big signings were Muhsin Muhammad (WR), D.J. Hackett (WR), Labrandon Toefield (RB), Landon Johnson (LB), and Terrence Holt (S). These players will provide depth and competition in training camp. These signings put the Panthers in position to address the offensive and defensive lines in the draft.
