A Sad sad day.....
Well today sucks. I was scanning through the Local paper this morning and turned to the Life section. Normally I skip the Obituaries section but something made me read them today....
Turns out that my Local card shop owner has died. He passed away at the ripe old age of 39. He leaves behind a step son, daughter (same age as my oldest) and a wife.
For me he was more than a card shop owner, he was truly a friend. Always one to lend advice and just an all around great guy.
I wont go on and on about it but it seems that he was backed against the wall and thought life wasn't worth it....Damn man this sucks
News article on his death
Please out of respect do not condemn him for his actions.... I just needed to get it off my chest. I wanted to say a lot more but words escape me right now

Well you mention he was a friend and it seems by the 11 pages of responses your not the only one to feel that way. As many have mentioned many thought similar to yours. Of course you ask us not to condemn him but in the various replies it was mentioned he has suffered from Sp (however you spell that long word). So really know way to say anything negative as he was more than likely not in his right state of mind.
Sorry to hear you lost a friend as a good card buddy, shop owner, can be a nice place to just chill or kill sometime. I know I pick up my card shop some things to eat from fast food joints on my way there. Sorry to hear that your not feeling well and hopefully you can take your feelings and help his family in this time of need. Best wishes and my prayers are with the family and friends he left behind.
