No problem with that. With Rice and Brown finishing out their careers, Fitzgerald and Porter could by quite a dynamic duo. Raiders need a quarterback as well with Gannon on his last leg and Tuiasosop being nothing more than a career backup at best. Manning would be a good fit for the silver & black. Either way I think the Raiders will make out good in the draft with either guy.

Rice may be old, and not able to separate from the scrimmage line as often as he used to, but there's no one with better hands in the NFL

2 years ago, he was very effective
this year, with Gannon out, and having Mirer QB, the Raiders stop throwing the ball

when Tee Martin came in late in the season, Rice catch 10+ passes for 100+ yards...

I am hoping Rice goes to a team that throws a lot - Indianapolis (although it's artificial turf) for instance

or even back to the Niners, to finish his career

He's going to finish out his career as a Raider. This will probably be his last season and I don't see him signing with another team. If by some miracle that Rice does go to another team next season, it would probably be one of the crappier teams because they'll probably pay him more money and use him to fill the seats.
