Al thornton. The only reason he's not averaging 20+ points is because of his injury at the beginning of the season...he's more physical then Durant, and is a better all around player.

I've seen a bit of Thornton on DirecTV and he has been very impressive from most of what I've observed.

How about Luis Scola? I don't think he should/will win, but he has been pretty good

I like Scola. He's more of a role player guy though - an energetic Bo Outlaw type who is a catalyst, gets things moving on the floor, etc., but doesn't have the gaudy scoring average of a Durant.

no, and probably wont, but he was a big(ger) part of that 22 game win streak, and for that, I think he'll be up near, if not in, the top 5
