I saw the National Guard hauler in the lot at the local mall and stopped in to check it out. They had Jrs showcar inside. Thats the first time I`ve ever had a chance to see an actual car, I thought it was pretty awesome. I went back the 2nd day to take some pics and they were takeing free pics of people with the car, so I got one taken with it. I got it off the National Guard website tonight and thought I`d post it.



I took some pics myself but I don`t have a digital camera so I have to wait to get those pics developed. I took them out to the store tonight so I should have those in a couple days. I`ll post those also. I can`t remember a car ever being around here before. I`d have LOVED to hear it start up lol!! Needless to say I was as excited as a kid in a candy store lol. I wish they`d have had some driver handouts though. A pretty cool experience though. I`ll post some moe pics when I get them back. I just hope that they come out, I`m not much of a photographer lol. It would`ve been really cool if Jr. would`ve been there!! Guess this is the next best thing though. The inside of those cars look pretty cramped. It would be pretty hard for a big guy to get in them lol. Now if only the Home Depot in Findlay would get Tonys car there!!! Thanks for lettin me share!!!

thats pretty sweet! The next thing you need to do is sit in the car lol-and then ride in it, and then drive it lol. Ive done the riding at michigan-which is insane lol-and im large-I sqeezed in there haha-ive been pretty fortunate to see a lot of showcars-its always a great experience being that close to one! Pretty cool. Casey Mears car was at the fair last yr and I convinced them to fire it up haha! It set off the car alarms! LOL-it was pretty sweet though! I hope they bring Jr's car there this yr!

I've seen a few cars, some Vintage Racers(Davey Allison, Harry Gant, Alan Kulwicki, Dale Earnhardt and Ernie Irvan's Cars came here and raced before the Winston West race one year) and a Relitively Unknown Cup Driver, Brandon Ash.
Those cars are something else, Amazing Fab Work, they spare no expense with them!

Like I said in your other post, very nice picture! :) A couple years ago they had Greg Biffle's car at school..that was really surprising..and then last semester they had Mark Martin's car here but we couldnt get out soon enough to go see it!

Great photo Tom! It's great you got to see his car up close like that. A few years back, our state fair had a showcar for Bill Elliott & Casey Mears, they're something to see in person. Thanks for sharing the photo and I'm looking forward to seeing the others =)

I just looked at Ash and dad and said "The Bath & Body Works at Tom's mall looks like the one at our mall" I didn't realize they all looked the same like that. *dumb moment* Then Ash said your Walmart probably looks like our Walmart... hahaa

Anyway, more great pictures!!!! I haven't seen a COT in person yet... can't waiit!
