great! that's always nice! just hope it isnt like me....found one 12 miles away instead of 50, but it barely has any new cards (mostly has $1 singles, but not too many of those...less than a 3200 ct. box lol)

That's cool! I remember when I started collecting and I was near City Hall, when I walked into a small memorabilia shop. It had everything any collector wanted: cards, comics, and autographs. Everyone is cool there and I go there every week even though I'm broke, but it's cool to have someone to talk to about the hobby in person.

Not happy anymore, i visited the card shop and it was super expencive. all had had was Pats stuff (The home team) and it was soooooo ecpencive 3 bucks for a 2007 tom brady donruss elite base card
. and like 20 bucks for a 07 prestige payton manning gu. his prices on packs were too expencive too. the shop i go to currently is much better but futher away.

ouch, that sucks...I live right near D & A Card World, so that's cool, but if I want to buy singles it's ridiculous. Even the MVP and Victory base cards of Sabres are $2-3. It is pretty funny to hang out there and see some of the people come in and pay those prices lol.
