Perhaps it isn't such a good idea for staff members to give ideas to prospective entrants as it may give the idea that we are playing favorites of some sorts.

It always a possiblity to seem that way but Chris lost last time against a non member. So the record stands from the past that doesn't happen. Of course if no one else puts in a Ad for the contest really nothing to complain about. As Chris would win by default as he is the only one putting something up to be even considered.
