Some peoples children, that's all I can really say, rude. Daniel.

Rude and stupid, but this?
"What they said falls into the category of hate speech," she said. "The actual physical act they're proposing is degrading. People are pretty offended. There is too much violence against Native women and we shouldn't tolerate that type of disrespect."
A little overboard! I seriously doubt this is hate speech. What they did is also likely not against the law. They should be suspended, but I would like ALL subjects like this attacked fairly. Like when I turn on the radio and hear the N word over in over in a rap song. Or a singer talking about slapping women. Let's ensure we target everyone and not just when certain people get offended. I have heard much worse on Grammy winning songs. Just listen to "Gold Digger" and let me know if that is acceptible.

Mike - I agree it seems like many things are ok unless someone is offended and then it is taken way overboard. Daniel.

Mike - as usual, I agree completely. So much of it depends on who does the saying. I can't believe rap is allowed given our current culture. I mean, there over 50% of rap songs contain worse things than imus or these guys said.
