    A rant...

So I was working out a trade with someone. He told me to check under his rookie section in his bucket, as what he wanted from me was rookies. I saw in that section a Vince Young UD Star Rookie and mentioned it as one of the cards I liked. He asked what I proposed for it, I said the 6 RCs he wanted for the Young, and he replied quoting that and saying "you could post this". So I did...

Well this was on Monday...it sits unconfirmed until last night. I was posting on one of his other threads trying to work out another trade and asked him to confirm the trade so we can mail. I check later on and the trade was rejected, but no word from him on why...since the PM stating I could post the trade, I had heard nothing from him. So in the previously mentioned thread, I asked him why he rejected the trade. Still no resonse...I notice in the thread a few other members hadn't received PMs that he said he sent. So I called him out and told the other members not to worry, he backs out on trades anyway.

Only then do I get a PM and he says, Is something wrong? I don't have a Vince Young Star Rookie....

If you're going to back out of trades after they're agreed upon and posted, please go to another site...we don't want you here. BUT if you still feel it necessary to do that here, don't pretend like it was the other guys fault and play dumb. Man up and admit that you're backing out...although I'm willing to bet a lot of the people that do stuff like this don't know how or don't have the proper equipment to "man up".

    End of rant....

I'm with you Darren. There are very few reasons to back out of a trade. You had one there. I can't stand to post and then have the trade sit unconfirmed for days.

I have cancelled a trade before due to the other person not confirming within a reasonable amount of time.
