Surprise Redemtpion!
I aksed for a replacement for my Kenny Irons Lettermen I tried to redeem back in the fall.
It came today but who knows what it is!
Gonna open it in a minute.

That's just amazing. You'd think with the rising pack prices (saw a really nice article in Beckett a month or two ago comparing the growing discrepancy between pack prices and average card values from those packs) that the could spend a little more on their customer service and handle the redemption program a lot better.
What I'd really like to see is one of the major card companies develop a policy of all on-card autos with no redemptions. I think collectors would really appreciate the effort.
